No ano da Copa do Mundo do Brasil, o CINEFOOT-FESTIVAL DE CINEMA DE FUTEBOL realizará a sua quinta edição no Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo e Belo Horizonte. Serão seis dias de programação em cada cidade, onde serão exibidos filmes sobre futebol oriundos de várias partes do mundo. O CINEFOOT, em 2014, homenageará os 100 anos da Seleção Brasileira, os 60 anos da camisa canarinho e os 20 anos da conquista do tetracampeonato mundial.

Além da sua edição regular, o CINEFOOT fará uma turnê pelas 12 cidades-sede da Copa do Mundo durante o período de realização do torneio, apresentando o que há de mais atraente no campo da cinematografia mundial de futebol. Desta forma, o único festival de cinema de futebol do Brasil e da América Latina, integra o conjunto de opções culturais disponibilizado pelas cidades-sede durante a Copa.

O 5˚CINEFOOT será realizado de 22 a 27 de maio no Rio de Janeiro, de 29 de maio a 3 de junho em São Paulo e de 30 de maio a 4 de junho em Belo Horizonte, com entrada franca.

100 DAYS FOR THE KICKSTART

In the year of the World Cup in Brazil, CINEFOOT – FOOTBALL FILM FESTIVAL will have its 5^th edition in the cities of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Belo Horizonte. In six days, several films about football from all over the world will be screened. In 2014, CINEFOOT will pay tribute to the Brazilian National Football Team, the 60 years of the famous yellow jersey and the 20 years of Brazil becoming a four-time world champion.

Besides its regular programming, CINEFOOT will include a tour on the 12 World Cup host cities during the championship, with screenings of the best in football-related cinematography. The only football film festival in Brazil and Latin America is, thus, part of the cultural options offered by host cities during the World Cup.

The CINEFOOT will take place in Rio de Janeiro between May 22^nd and 27^th, in São Paulo between May 29^th and June 3^rd, and Belo Horizonte between May 30^th and June 4^th, free of charge.
